Our mission & values
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and society by promoting health, preventing, and curing disease, advancing biomedical research, and educating tomorrow’s physicians and scientists.
A robust leadership program that invests in its’ leaders is essential to the success of its organization in achieving these goals. By using the principles of learning and motivation, this course will help leaders, individuals, teams, and the organization (as a whole) enhance its ability to achieve results.
Comprehensive curriculum
This initiative is composed of four parts, including a leadership development program, a lecture series, a third space initiative, and a DEI in healthcare journal club.
Community-building events
Leadership happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond traditional formats to help ensure future physicians have the necessary support to do their best learning.
